The founder of the company, Hüseyin Erkek, started in the construction field in 1987,and established Oguzhan Construction in 1994.

• Oguzhan Construction has registered to Alanya Tax Office with 6360005399,
• Oguzhan Construction has registered to Trade and Industry Chamber of Alanya with 3126 serial number .
• Oguzhan Construction has been participating in social field right along with the trade activities .We have been  helping the construction of schools,mosques and parks. Oguzhan Construction has also  been giving scholarship to the students who needed to be supported.

Our firm has been training its crew within certain periods to increase the quality and productivity.

We are training our crew about the topics worker health and work security in every 3 months.We have been training 2 of our crewmembers about foreign language ,computer and the software that we have been using every year.

We are assisting members of our crew who don’t have sufficiency certificate  by asking them to get the courses in Alanya.

We have been informing our crew about ‘’ISO 9001Quality Certification ‘’,our mission, vision and covering them by social security insurance before they start to work.

Our firm contracts construction or commitment contract against units with landlords or buys the lands and construct the appartments on its own land.

The completion period of our construction is approximately one year.(Depends on how big  the Project is)

We have the capacity of building 750 appartments a year.

We have a technical and a financial team in our company.

Financial team is consisting of financial advisor ,sworn financial advisor and lawyer.

Technical team is consisting of; architect, civil engineer,machinery engineer,electricity engineer,geology engineer and technical team.

Our firm has completed over 3500 appartments till now.

We are serving our clients in ‘’after sale services’’ such as ;following and completing the transactions of delivering the title deed, issuing the living licence of the appartment,electricity and water subscription.

We create residants administration and give the maintenance services in time by these boards.We are checking security,maintenance of garden and swimming pool,repairing the needed parts of the constructions,cleanness of the existing units if it is requested we can ask our crew to c heck and clean the apartments of our clients while they are not in Turkey.

We are pay very high attention to satisfy our clients.We supply quastionairs and requests box to let us know what they request for.
